For bottles we have stored for many years, we cannot guarantee that the wine is still perfectly preserved. Centopixel guarantees that the condition of the bottle is exactly as described and shown in the product page description and photos. Any right of the Customer to claim damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order. Effects of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal We will refund all payments received for the product for which withdrawal has been exercised within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
