Centopixel guarantees safe shipments within 24-48 working hours of receiving the order, if all the products ordered are immediately available in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday. To ensure freshness and quality, some products are ordered periodically in small quantities. In the event that some of the products ordered are not available or are in stock at the manufacturer (6-10 or 7-14 working days), unless indicated in the summary email, you will be contacted by Customer Service. In order to guarantee a shipping service with tracked courier and with the best quality/price ratio, the shipping is developed as follows: within 24-48 working hours from the order being processed at our warehouses, the shipping service will send you via e-mail. -email a link to access your shipment tracking, so you can get real-time updates on your delivery. Although Centopixel provides your telephone number to the courier to contact you, it is not possible to guarantee that this will happen, since the shipping service is external to our systems and does not depend directly on us, for these reasons the telephone contact will take place only at the discretion of the driver who will physically take care of the delivery. In the standard service it is impossible to indicate any preferred delivery time slots. However, upon specific request, it is possible to use additional services such as priority delivery, to the floor or by appointment.
Shipping address
Centopixel delivers directly to the address indicated by customers at the time of ordering, so please pay maximum attention to the address entered during the order confirmation phase.
Tracking
More precise information on delivery times will be available in the email containing the shipment tracking. It is sent automatically by the shipping service when the order is processed.Centopixel does not assume responsibility for any damage and/or fraud occurring during transport. They are attributable solely to the delivery service. In any case, Centopixel's customer service is available to meet the Customer's needs.
Packaging
Centopixel pays particular attention to the packaging of the products, our operators pack them according to the type and size with dedicated packaging. Each product is assembled in the carton and separated from the rest of the order using special packaging, boxed and shipped via courier.We try to reduce the environmental impact by reusing packaging from our manufacturers and waste material from the textile company "Polar Workshop".
Delivery failure
For delivery, the presence of the customer or his representative is required at the address indicated on the order. If the customer or the person in charge is not present or insolvent, the customer will be charged (even for subsequent expenses) the cost of delivery, any stocks and that of products no longer sellable to third parties.
Cantina Sabauda is not responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the courier or objectively caused by third parties (e.g. strikes, bad weather, catastrophes).
Upon receipt of the package, the Customer is invited to check:
that the number of packages indicated on the consignment note, transport document or invoice is actually the one delivered;
that the package is intact and undamaged: any disputes must be reported to the courier by indicating the words "COLLECTED WITH RESERVE" on the waybill signed for collection, otherwise the package is considered correctly delivered.
Prices and payment methods
The prices of the products indicated in euro currency (€) in the various sections of this website www.centopixel.com do not include VAT. Any transport and delivery costs will be specifically indicated upon confirmation of the order and before payment. The prices of individual products are subject to change and, therefore, the prices indicated from time to time on the site cancel and replace those previously indicated.
The price of the products purchased, together with the cost of home delivery, must be paid by the Customer at the time of the online order. Accepted payment methods are listed at the bottom.
Right of withdrawal, exceptions and return policies
Subject to the exceptions indicated below, you have the right to withdraw from the order placed, without having to provide any reason, within 14 working days from when the ordered product was shipped and/or delivered.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of:
- supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery or in the case of supply of products which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods;
- supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
- supply of goods that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly;
- supply of goods no longer alienable to third parties;
- service contracts after the complete provision of the service by Centopixel, expressly allowing the execution of the service by Centopixel, the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full execution of the contract is accepted;
Return policies
In addition to the rights deriving from the law, the products sold by Centopixel can be returned to Centopixel within 14 days of delivery, without prejudice to the exceptions to the right of withdrawal, provided they are intact and in the same condition in which they were delivered. To return a product, write to us or call us. Centopixel will only refund the price paid for the purchase. However, we will not refund shipping costs incurred to receive the item you are returning. The risks deriving from transport and return costs will be your sole responsibility. These conditions are additional and do not affect your rights arising from law, nor the right of withdrawal within 14 days described above.
